Will is one of the founding partners in A4G Growth. Following a brief foray into the City of London, his career over the last 30 years and has been spent almost exclusively in the SME sector. During this time he has been a shareholder in and helped to grow and subsequently sell three businesses. These have been in the leisure, transport and storage, and telecommunications markets.
Working within A4G Growth, Will is now using his experience to assist both small and medium size businesses who are operating across a number of industry sectors, including;

He has achieved this for companies in which he was a shareholder and is now successfully assisting A4G clients to plan their exit strategy and achieve maximum value.
Away from work Will is a boring old golfer, enjoys watching his son play cricket and socialising with his wife Rosanna and friends. He also has a hidden passion for western films.
