On the 14th February, Sage turned off Automatic VAT filing. This means that users on the latest version will no longer be able to file VAT returns to HMRC directly. Sage’s strategy in doing this, is to encourage their existing customers to move to software paid for by monthly subscription, meaning the cost of your software could quadruple.

Have you considered the alternatives?

If you are one of these users, this event will tell you:

  • What the upcoming changes are and what they will mean for you
  • How much it will cost to upgrade to Sage’s monthly subscription
  • The alternative cloud accounting software packages you could switch to, and how they will benefit your business

But what if you're still using Excel Spreadsheets?

We’re also talking to you. When Making Tax Digital (MTD) comes into effect, you’ll be required to submit quarterly returns to HMRC. Excel spreadsheets take time, don't integrate with other business applications or give you accurate profit and loss figures, are complicated to amend and are unlikely to be MTD compliant.

Come along to the event and learn how the power of the cloud can free up time for you to focus on growing your business.
