At A4G Payroll, I find payroll and auto-enrolment solutions for our clients. Our main service is processing employee payrolls, with pension scheme management. We can also provide payroll training for clients to run payrolls for themselves.

What are your specialisms?

My speciality is finding solutions for client payroll problems, grounded in blackbox thinking for efficient systems and processes.

What top tip would you give every business owner?

With great power comes great responsibility. To lead is to serve. Look after your employees and they will look after you, your clients and your business.
