Auto Enrolment service includes:
- Monthly auto enrolment service for any number of employees
- Assessment of the workforce, every pay period
- Postponement of employees for up to 3 months if required
- Implementation of a pension scheme, including setup of the online portal
- Calculating and submitting monthly pension contributions to the workplace scheme
- Processing new scheme members including opt-outs, opt-ins, joiners, and refunds
- Providing mandatory communication to employees for auto enrolment options
- Registering compliance with The Pensions Regulator, and ongoing compliance duties
- Guidance to help answer any employee auto enrolment questions
- Retention of auto enrolment documentation for up to 6 years
Did you know? To avoid fixed penalties, every 3 years employers are required to complete another Declaration of Compliance for The Pensions Regulator, including all automatic re-enrolment duties for their employees.
