Welcoming Our Newest Partner: Mitch Ewer ACA

We’re incredibly proud to share more good news in our 30th anniversary year.

Following the announcement of Joseph Cutting ACA’s promotion earlier this year, we’re delighted to now welcome Mitch Ewer ACA to the partnership, making us officially a 7-partner firm.

Mitch has been an integral part of A4G since 2011, when he joined as a Client Manager Assistant after gaining his AAT qualification. Over the past 14 years, he’s progressed through the firm, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2019 and becoming a Principal Adviser shortly after.

His journey is a brilliant example of how commitment, continuous learning and a strong connection with clients can lead to real impact, not just for us, but for the businesses he works with. Mitch specialises in helping business owners streamline their operations and plan for long-term growth, and has developed deep experience in supporting clients in the Property Industry.

I’m thrilled to join the partnership at A4G. I’ve always taken pride in the work I do, but stepping into this role changes my perspective, as this no longer feels like just working in someone else’s business. It’s not just about delivering for clients or hitting deadlines anymore; it’s about shaping the direction of the firm, making decisions that impact staff and taking ownership of the results. At the same time, I’m still passionate about helping clients grow and plan for the long term. Becoming a partner is the moment where all the lessons and persistence finally come together and I can build on them to help take the firm and the clients I work with to the next level.

Mitch’s promotion reflects our commitment to investing in people who share our belief that accountancy should be about more than compliance. As a Virtual FD and Business Adviser, Mitch helps owners work on their business as much as in it, something we know is crucial to scaling successfully and sustainably.
