Companies House stopping paper reminders

To make savings and improve efficiency, Companies House will no longer be sending paper reminders to a company’s registered office address, which remind the director(s) or members about important deadlines, such as accounts and confirmation statement filings.

If your registered office address is our address (Kings Lodge) and we already complete your accounts and confirmation statement, you do not need to worry, as we already have our own internal systems to monitor these deadlines, and much more, for you.

If you complete some of this work yourself and rely on receiving paper reminders from Companies, or just like to monitor your own deadlines, you can sign up to Companies House email reminder service.

Time for A4G to do it for you?

Companies have many deadlines to monitor throughout the year, whether it’s Companies House filings, VAT returns or payroll. Every month is another deadline. Missing a deadline can result in fines, interest charges or even your company being struck off the register.
