The Role of Trainee Accountant

What we offer

  • Competitive salary between £17,500 to £23,000 
  • Complete study Package for the AAT, ACA and/or ACCA qualification which includes up to 30 days paid study leave and all course costs paid
  • Support during your studies from your Team Leader and Training and Development Manager

Who we’re looking for: 

Motivated young people with Maths and English GCSE grades A-C / Grades 9-4 and one of the following:

  • A Level grades A-C / Grades 9-4 or equivalent
  • AAT qualified
  • Degree 2:1 or above

What is the application process? 

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a Recruitment Event in to take part in a group exercise and speed interviews.

Further shortlisting will take place and those successful candidates will be invited to attend a work trial assessment followed by a competency based interview.

What is the deadline for applications? 

We offer exciting opportunities for aspiring accountants throughout the year.

Our main trainee recruitment selection process commences in March every year, with a planned start date in September. This program has been the springboard for many of our current senior accountants, who began their careers with us directly after leaving school.
