How did your journey in accounting start?

I joined A4G in 2011 shortly after receiving my AAT qualification which allowed me to jump straight into the Client Manager Assistant role with the basic understanding of accountancy and tax. After years of studying hard and learning skills on the job as a Client Manager, I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2019 and at around the same time became a Principal Adviser within the firm.

What’s your role here at A4G?

At A4G, I am a Principal Adviser to new clients, as well as still being a experienced Client Manager to my long standing clients which I have worked closely with for years.

I help business owners streamline their processes, so they have more time to work ON their business, not just IN it. Using my skills and experience, I help businesses set goals and achieve them and ensuring they never pay more tax than they need to.

What are your specialisms?

I am experienced with helping clients from a whole range of industries grow their businesses, to get them from where they are now to where they want to be. However, I also specialise in Property Investors as well as Financial Traders.

What makes you different to other accountants?

I am more than just a bog standard HMRC compliant accountant – I am a Qualified Chartered Accountant, Business Adviser and Virtual FD.

I take great care in listening to and understanding my clients needs to provide them with the best possible outcome for them and their businesses.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Outside of work, I am always keeping active with various individual exercise or group sports such as football and badminton. I have taken part in Martial Arts since the age of seven and have two black belts in both Karate and Taekwondo and currently training in Wing Chun Kung Fu. I also enjoy spending time outside with my family camping.
