Here are some step-by-step guides on the basic uses of the portal to help guide you through the tasks you will need to undertake when getting set up.
1. Click “Client Portal” at the top of the page or top left on mobile
2. Click “Get Started” under the login details
3. Enter the email address which A4G hold on your account
4. Click the link in the email which will take you to a page where you can set your password
5. Click login to login for the first time
6. A One-Time-Password will be sent to the email address used.
7. You will then be taken to set-up your security questions:
2. Enter the detail used at set-up into the Client Login Section “Get Started” under the login details
3. Depending on your security settings, a one-time-password will be sent to either your registered email or registered mobile
4. Alternatively, click “need to log in differently” to use your security questions.
5. You can then use the security questions – these are only available if you have previously set-up your security questions.
1. Login to the portal
2. Navigate to the company on the left with a (#) – this illustrate the number of approvals outstanding
3. Click Folders and Documents

– Illustrates the numbers of files waiting to be approved
– Illustrates the number of unopened files
4. Click the folder with the yellow warning
5. Review all of the supporting documents – relevant to the file
6. Click the file with the yellow warning – this is awaiting approval
7. The status of the file shows the file is awaiting authorisation
8. Once happy click authorise; If changes are required select Reject
9. Enter any comments along with your password
10. Select “authorise” or “reject” at the bottom
